Common questions

How do I cancel Educket Pro?

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Educket Pro and tap Cancel. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I restore my purchase?

In the app, open Me and tap Restore purchases while signed in with the same account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Me → Delete account. Or see how to delete your account.

A lesson has a mistake

Use the report button inside the lesson, or email us with the lesson name.
