Delete your account
You can delete your Educket account and its data yourself, in the app:
- Open Educket and go to the Me tab.
- Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and learning data are removed straight away.
What is deleted: your profile, progress, swipes, saved topics, topic requests and reports.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Can't open the app? Email support@educket.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it for you.
